OUTDOOR Rosh Hashanah Afternoon Shofar and Tashlich

1st Day of Rosh Hashanah
Tuesday, September 7, 6:30 PM

For all children and families who are not able to fulfill the Mitzvah of hearing the blowing of the Shofar in the morning, or who are not comfortable with an indoor service at this time. We are hosting an afternoon Shofar service. There will be Shofar blowing, Stories, Songs and Prayers. This Shofar service will take place outside in the Sukkah in the Chabad playground area. Following this service we will walk together to observe the Tashlich* service.

**Families with children who come to the morning services are welcome to join our regular indoor family service and youth programming (More info on the "Youth" page)**

**Adults without children are welcome to come to our OUTDOORS "ESSENTIALS" Service for adults at 5:30pm**

If you did hear the Shofar blowing in the morning and would like to join us for the inspirational Tashlich service, please come at 7:00 p.m.

For Families of All Ages
No charge, No RSVP

*We walk to a local creek for Tashlich. Tashlich means “casting off”; on Rosh Hashanah, we symbolically throw off the previous year’s mistakes near water.
