Membership Levels & Financial Form

Membership runs from September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.

Chai Level Memberships:

(Age groups are determined by the oldest household member as of 9/1/24)

A mandatory Annual Security Fee of $150 will be added on to each membership level, according to the payment schedule you have selected.

I cannot be a Chai Member donor, but I would like to make a contribution of (fill out below), above and beyond my membership, to help expand our programs and help those in need of scholarships.

Chabad of Plano wishes to accept all who want to be members and participate in its programs regardless of financial means. Our financial chair, Stan Rothstein, will contact you and a mutually agreed upon fee will be arranged. This will occur in a strictly confidential manner.
