Leadership Responsibilities
 
Attend All CTeen Events
Attend all CTeen events whenever possible. Your presence and enthusiasm will encourage others to join and actively participate. As a leader, showing up is everything.
Your Designated Leadership Area
Each leader will be assigned a specific area they are personally responsible for within the chapter. This is your domain — your opportunity to take ownership, make an impact, and truly lead. Your designated area will be discussed and assigned during the onboarding process.
Encourage Peer Involvement
Actively promote CTeen events and activities among your Jewish friends and peers. Encourage others to attend, and serve as a positive ambassador for the program.
Attend Monthly Meetings
Board members are expected to attend a monthly leadership meeting to plan and discuss upcoming events, activities, and strategies to engage fellow teens.
Be a Positive Role Model
Lead by example by demonstrating respect, kindness, and enthusiasm for Jewish learning and community. As a leader, your actions inspire others.
Who We're Looking For
 
We are looking for 4 motivated CTeens, in grades 9 through 11 who are ready to step up and make a real impact on our teen Jewish community of Collin County.
