You only need to fill out this form if you are changing your membership level, payment method, and/or payment plan.
 

If you do not fill out this form by August 15 we will auto-renew your membership at the same level, payment method, and plan.

Membership runs from September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026.

A mandatory Annual Security Fee of $300 will be added on to each membership level, according to the payment schedule you have selected.
